Information is used to route and respond to requests, prevent spam and abuse, protect administrator accounts, and maintain the reliability of the portal. It is not intended for sale or advertising.

Sharing and retention

Authorized municipal personnel may access submissions when required to handle a concern. Information should be retained only as long as needed for the request, legal obligations, public-record requirements, and security. Third-party content such as maps, video, CAPTCHA, and translation services may receive technical request data under their own privacy terms.
