Under the agreement, FAR Diagnostic Center, a duly licensed and DOH-CHD accredited facility, will provide laboratory and obstetrical ultrasound services—including HBsAg screening, VDRL test, blood typing, and obstetrical ultrasound—to 750 endorsed pregnant residents, as well as OB-GYN consultations and Pap smear examinations for 200 LGU employees. The Memorandum of Agreement, which shall be valid for one year unless sooner terminated, forms an integral part of the resolution as Annex “A.” The resolution was adopted by the 12th Sangguniang Bayan during its 32nd Regular Session on February 23, 2026.
